Original archive (atank.zip, 197k) - The main download file above (DOSBOX_ATANK.ZIP) is pre-configured to work DOSBox. This file, atank.zip, is the original and may require installation / setup.
Annihilator Tank is an example of a game that looks good and has a lot of potential but is let down by the way the game plays. The goal is to operate your tank and destroy the enemy vehicles. Sounds simple enough, however there are multiple enemies shooting at you while you try to shoot at them, and avoiding getting hit in your tank is not easy. The 3D world looks decent and there are some realistic sound effects, but unless you spend a lot of time practicing you won't make it far. Only one of the four campaigns / modes is included in the shareware version.
